Client Consultation

The first step towards a healthy lifestyle begins with an in person consultation. This consultation is an opportunity for you to meet your trainer where you will discuss your medical and exercise history, your current lifestyle practices as well as your fitness and nutrition goals. During this session you will collaboratively formulate a fitness plan of action that will help you achieve success. This consultation is typically 1 hour in duration.

Full Program Design Package
$500 - 8 week program

  • Assessment where lifestyle variables will be discussed (lifestyle, exercise, nutrition) and the following may be analyzed: food profile, regeneration ability, body composition, exercise history, and movement patterns.
  • For the nutrition component, a review and discussion of food journal with resulting meal plan recommendations personalized to your lifestyle, taste and nutritional needs as requested; recommendations made based on goals which many be to increase energy levels, optimize performance, change body composition, improve sleep and improve overall health.
  • For the lifestyle component, review assessment form and discuss lifestyle variable to improve overall health and being.  Discussion around digestion, sleep cycles, energy levels, nutrition, stress and body composition may be discussed.
  • Individualized exercise program based on your goals, strengths/weaknesses, etc.
    • Review the movements, intensity and tempo within your program design.

Fitness/Nutrition Coaching - Ongoing/Monthly
$100 per month - 4 week program

  • Every month your progress will be reviewed and the next phase of your exercise and nutrition will be discussed and a new program design provided
  • Body composition and physical alteration appraisals conducted every 2 weeks.
  • Recovery appraisals conducted every 2 weeks.
  • Ongoing Email support
  • Progress reports detailing where you started and how far you've come.
